Drop Off & Pick Up Times

Don't miss the bus!

We cannot wait for campers after our scheduled morning bus departure time.  We cannot plan to arrive back in Redding earlier than our estimated times for campers' sports or other private engagements. All times are subject to change due to traffic, weather, and other uncontrollable variables. Advanced notification via email and voicemailbox will be given when we depart the location, and then when we are 30 minutes away from the Redding Community Center.

Our afternoon pick-up times may change. Please check the schedule to see which days require an early drop off, usually 7:45 or 8:45, and which days we expect to return to Redding late, usually between 6:00 and 7:00 PM.

Why?

We want to maximize the time that our group has at each experience - whether riding the coasters at Six Flags or enjoying the ball game at Mets Stadium. We factor in our earliest possible arrival time, our ticket times, and traffic coupled with being in a large bus so that we effectively use the time that we have together. Afternoon pick-up times are updated on our arrivals voicemail and are sometimes at the mercy of tri-state traffic conditions.
